Meet John F. Furth
With an undergraduate degree from Harvard and an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business, I began my career as a management consultant advising CEOs and leadership teams at large multinational corporations. Over the course of 15 years, I worked closely with senior executives on strategy, performance, and organizational change, gaining a deep understanding of how leadership decisions impact both results and people. I later became a CEO myself, leading small companies and experiencing firsthand the pressure, complexity, and accountability that come with executive leadership. This combination of consulting insight and real-world CEO experience now informs my coaching approach, allowing me to offer practical, grounded guidance to leaders navigating growth, transition, and performance challenges.
